Founder
Tomoko Kuroda Pratellesi
Who has always organized
Tomoko Kuroda Pratellesi is the founder of T.K. Consulting (T.K.C.), a consultancy agency specialized in the fashion and food sectors.
For over twenty years, T.K.C. has supported the development of the Japanese and international markets on behalf of Italian companies.
Since 2011, under commission from the Chamber of Commerce of Prato, and later from the Regions of Tuscany and Piedmont and the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), T.K.C. has managed the organization of Workshop Filati Tokyo, a benchmark event for the yarn market in Japan.
Over the years, the agency has assisted dozens of Italian manufacturers in finding clients, agents, distributors, and in building collaborations with designers and stylists.
Alongside its activities in the textile sector, T.K.C. has always promoted the excellence of Made in Italy through fashion-related initiatives and curated tastings of fine wines and gourmet foods, contributing to the spread of an authentic and refined Italian lifestyle in Japan.
Starting in 2024, T.K.C. organizes Filofusion, a boutique event that attracts a selected and loyal group of international professionals, including importers, distributors, designers, and stylists.
It is a two-day, business-focused format in which a limited number of carefully selected Italian companies present their collections.
International participants are informed in the months leading up to the event about the key features and innovations of the exhibiting companies — a formula that ensures quality and innovation for the market, and reliability and professionalism for International brands.
Team
T.K. Consulting, in addition to its internal team based in Italy, Japan, France and other countries, collaborates with external partners who have proven expertise in the fashion sector and in the dynamics of the international market.

Betty Soldi – Calligraher (Italy-UK)
The Filofusion logo was envisioned and created by Betty Soldi, a wordsmith, calligrapher, designer, and creative thinker known for her poetic, emotionally resonant visual language.
Coming from a Florentine family of artisans who have been crafting fireworks since 1869, Betty brings a rich heritage of craftsmanship to every stroke. Her distinctive calligraphic style weaves together tradition and contemporary sensibility—making her the perfect creative voice for Filofusion.
The logo embodies the fusion of yarn, philosophy, and culture, reflecting the core concept of Filofusion: connecting materials and meaning, heritage and innovation, people and purpose.
It is not just a visual identity—it is a symbolic thread that ties together fashion, culture, and thought in a single gesture of elegance and intention.

Ken Maeken – Fashion Model (Japan)
Born in 1989, Ken continues to walk the runways for numerous fashion brands such as Yohji Yamamoto and Emporio Armani.
What draws him in is not just the garments themselves,
but the story that silently accompanies them.
The moment light glides across a yarn.
The designer’s thoughts are embedded in every stitch.
The collective heartbeat of the audience shifts the air of the show.
These invisible elements are what Ken believes to be the true essence of fashion.
Self-taught in photography and filmmaking,
he expanded his creative vision beyond modeling.
With a keen eye trained on the runway, he captures fleeting intersections —
between clothing and the body, between space and time.
