Who has always organized

Tomoko Kuroda Pratellesi is the founder of T.K. Consulting (T.K.C.), a consultancy agency specialized in the fashion and food sectors.

For over twenty years, T.K.C. has supported the development of the Japanese and international markets on behalf of Italian companies.

Since 2012, under commission from the Chamber of Commerce of Prato, and later from the Regions of Tuscany and Piedmont and the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), T.K.C. has managed the organization of Workshop Filati Tokyo, a benchmark event for the yarn market in Japan.
Over the years, the agency has assisted dozens of Italian manufacturers in finding clients, agents, distributors, and in building collaborations with designers and stylists.

Alongside its activities in the textile sector, T.K.C. has always promoted the excellence of Made in Italy through fashion-related initiatives and curated tastings of fine wines and gourmet foods, contributing to the spread of an authentic and refined Italian lifestyle in Japan.

Starting in 2024, T.K.C. organizes Filofusion, a boutique event that attracts a selected and loyal group of international professionals — including importers, distributors, designers, and stylists.
It is a two-day, business-focused format in which a limited number of carefully selected Italian companies present their collections.
International participants are informed in the months leading up to the event about the key features and innovations of the exhibiting companies — a formula that ensures quality and innovation for the market, and reliability and professionalism for Italian brands.

T.K. Consulting, in addition to its internal team based in Italy, Japan, and other countries, collaborates with external partners who have proven expertise in the fashion sector and in the dynamics of the international market.
